My interests are varied, but interrelated...I am passionate about what makes people happy at work. It has been said that customers come first, but the reality is, employees come first; the byproduct of happy employees are life-long customers. Studying I/O Psychology has enabled me to gain insight into what makes employees tick. I also have an interest in telecommuting and how distance workers manage the work-life balance.
